Soursop, also known as guanabana, originates from the tropical regions of the Americas and the Caribbean and is now grown across West Africa and Southeast Asia.

Its white flesh is intensely flavoured with a creamy texture, crossing pineapple, strawberry and citrus. It is most commonly used fresh, juiced or blended into drinks.
