Welcome to Biso Box. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Biso Box is a sole trader business providing weekly deliveries of fresh fruit and vegetables across Cambridge. Our registered business address is The Guildhall, Guildhall Place, Market Hill, Cambridge CB2 3QJ. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Orders must be placed before Thursday 6pm to be included in that week’s Saturday delivery. Orders placed after Thursday 6pm will be scheduled for the following Saturday. A minimum order value of £30 applies to all orders.
Orders must be placed before the weekly cutoff time shown at checkout to be included in that week’s delivery schedule.
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely at checkout using approved payment providers.
Deliveries are made every Saturday to addresses within Cambridge postcodes CB1 to CB25. Please ensure someone is available to receive your box or that you have provided clear delivery instructions. Once your box has been delivered, responsibility for the produce passes to you. Full details are available in our Delivery Policy.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If any items arrive damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue. Refunds or credits will be provided in line with our Refunds and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015..
Orders can be cancelled or amended before Thursday 6pm of that week by contacting us at team@bisobox.com. Once an order has been processed after the Thursday cutoff, we are unable to make changes or offer cancellations for that week’s delivery.
Because we work with fresh seasonal produce, certain items may occasionally be unavailable. When this happens we may include suitable substitutions of equal or higher value to ensure you still receive a complete box of fresh produce. We will notify you of any significant substitutions where possible.
All content on the Biso Box website, including text, images and branding, is owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any material without our permission.
Biso Box is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data only to process orders, communicate with you and improve our service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Continuing to use our service after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
