Once we review your submission, we’ll arrange an appropriate solution. This may include a refund for the affected items or a credit toward your next Biso Box delivery.
We cannot offer refunds for issues reported after 24 hours or for produce that has been stored incorrectly after delivery.
If your box arrives late or is missing items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and make it right.
