Biso Box provides weekly deliveries of fresh African and Caribbean fruit and vegetables. Our aim is to make it easy for you to enjoy authentic, high-quality produce delivered straight to your home.
You can purchase a one-off box or subscribe for weekly or regular deliveries. By subscribing, you agree to recurring payments until you choose to cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us directly at team@bisobox.com.
Orders must be placed before the weekly cutoff time shown at checkout to be included in that week’s delivery schedule.
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely at checkout using approved payment providers. For subscriptions, payments will be taken automatically on your billing date unless cancelled beforehand.
Deliveries are made according to our Delivery Policy. Please ensure someone is available to receive your box or that you’ve provided clear delivery instructions. Once your box has been delivered, responsibility for the produce passes to you.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if any items arrive damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and a short video or photo of the issue. Refunds or credits will be provided in line with our Refunds and Returns Policy.
You may pause, cancel, or change your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Once a payment has been processed, the order for that week will be fulfilled as scheduled.
Because we work with seasonal and local produce, certain items may occasionally be unavailable. When this happens, we may include suitable substitutions of equal or higher value to ensure you still receive a full box of fresh produce.
All content on the Biso Box website, including text, images, and branding, is owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without permission.
Biso Box is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data only to process orders, communicate with you, and improve our service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately when posted on our website. Continuing to use our service means you accept the revised terms.
