At Biso Box, our goal is to make it easy for you to enjoy fresh African and Caribbean produce every week, delivered straight to your door.
Deliveries take place on set days each week depending on your location. You’ll be notified of your delivery day when you place your first order or subscription. If there are any changes to your schedule, we’ll contact you in advance by email or text.
We currently deliver within Cambridge exclusivley. You can check if we cover your postcode at checkout. If your area isn’t listed yet, please get in touch, we’re expanding our delivery routes regularly.
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, our driver will follow your delivery instructions (for example, “leave in a safe place” or “with a neighbour”). Once your box has been delivered, it becomes your responsibility to collect it promptly and store it appropriately to maintain freshness.
If no safe place is provided and no one is available to receive your box, it may be returned to us and re-delivery might not be possible due to the perishable nature of our products. Refunds cannot be issued for missed deliveries in these cases.
If your box arrives late, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at team@bisobox.com with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
